First let me introduce myself, my name is Edward Richardson and I am the President/Owner of Richardson Consulting, Inc. I am a retired U.S. Customs official. During my thirty-four (34) years of service with Customs, I held the following positions: Customs Security Officer (Sky Marshal), Customs Patrol Officer, Customs Inspector, Senior Customs Inspector, Supervisory Customs Inspector, Chief Inspector and Supervisory CBP Officer/ Course developer/Instructor. In addition, I was designated as an International Training Advisor, National Recruiter, Employment Interviewer and a Seized Property Custodian.

I have experience in passenger processing in the sea and air environment, international assessments, site surveys and training. Also, I have experience as a certified Law Enforcement Instructor at the Federal Training Academy level. Additionally, I have Cargo and Contraband Enforcement experience in the air and sea environment. Upon request, international working assignment sites will be provided.
